How can I pick up my MicroFridge?

Please refer to our Deliveries page for the most current information on delivery time and location.

My student is moving in early, will their MicroFridge be there?

Unfortunately, we are unable accommodate early move-ins. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Will the Microfridge be in the student's dorm upon arrival?

No, your student will need to come to our truck on the designated delivery days (please see our delivery page for this information) to check-out their unit. We cannot enter Dorm rooms without an escort.

Do you have hand dollies to move the MicroFridge?

Yes, we provide hand dollies free of charge for your convenience.

What if I can't be there to pickup my unit?

If you cannot pickup your unit, please arrange for an RA or somebody else to pick it up on your behalf and call or email to let us know in advance. We cannot give another student your unit without your explicit permission. 

Can you accommodate late pickups?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late pickups at this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please refer to the pickup schedule for your school found on our delivery/pickup page.

Can I keep my unit through the summer?

We are unable to accommodate this at this time. Please refer to the pickup schedule for returning your unit.
