Cleaning Fee

This non-refundable fee covers the cost of deep cleaning each unit after use. All units are expected to be cleaned out of all food, tupperware, and other items upon return.

Damage Waiver

This is a release from any damage to the unit for any reason during the school year.

In-Room Delivery?

If chosen, a member of our staff will deliver the unit to the dorm room. ***Please note*** Your student is still required to escort us to the room for delivery, we cannot enter the residence hall for delivery without an escort
